The Product & Development team kicked off 2026 with major progress focused on platform stability, modernization, and Franchisee‑requested improvements. These updates strengthen day‑to‑day operations while positioning the platform for long‑term scalability.

Platform Stability & Channel Modernization

  • Fully updated to current Airbnb APIs, ensuring continued compatibility and performance
  • Added support for Airbnb Spaces and Photo Tour features
  • Continued modernization of core APIs and infrastructure to support future enhancements

Integrations & Analytics

  • Breezeway integration successfully completed
  • GA4 analytics updates implemented
  • Website updates completed in support of World Cup‑related initiatives

Property & Inventory Enhancements

  • Launched an all‑new Property Dashboard for improved visibility and management
  • Released a new AI‑assisted Inventory System
  • Continued VRBO enhancements (Phase 2), including:
    • Expanded blackout date controls
    • Ability to hide items from Owner Statements
    • Improved VRBO promotion reporting

Franchisee Feedback in Action

More than a dozen Franchisee backlog requests were completed, including:

  • Reservation details on work orders
  • Improved navigation within Property Details
  • Bulk copying of Help Articles
  • Contractor confirmations
  • Enhanced filters and notes visibility
  • Guest credit card retention after check‑out
