iTrip Update: May 2026

Opening Note

Hello, iTrip!

As we move deeper into the year, the STR market continues to reward strong execution: smart pricing, great guest experience, and consistent operations.

Across the iTrip system, we’re focused on making practical improvements that help you grow your business and compete more effectively.

Thank you for your continued engagement, feedback, and leadership in your markets. It’s making a difference across the entire iTrip network.

Website & Brand Progress

We continue to experience forward progress on the iTrip website rebuild and rebranding projects.

  • Targeting a late September launch for the new website.
  • Moving into key phases including UX, sitemap, and visual design reviews.

Why this matters to you:

  • Improved guest experience and conversion
  • Increased search visibility (AIO and SEO)
  • Stronger first impression with property owners and prospects
  • Better positioning in a competitive market

Summit Update

Momentum is building around the iTrip Summit, and the team is actively refining the experience.

  • Improved registration flow and mobile experience in progress
  • Expanded sponsorship opportunities under development

Expect details soon. The feedback for the last couple of years has been strongly positive. We are working to provide a high-impact event focused on growth, strategy, and connection.

Remember the Summit dates: November 11 and 12, 2026. And . . . expect some Open Hours from iTrip Support and our Partners on November 10.

Guest Experience Improvements

Updates have been completed to improve how Guests navigate the iTrip website, such as removing ‘no results’ search experiences.

Cleaner search experience = better booking conversion and happier guests.

Franchisee Collaboration

We are continuing to strengthen how we collaborate with Franchisees.

Data Comps and Occupancy

RevMax is aligning with Key Data to fill the gap for data that was created when scrapers were disabled across the industry. An announcement from RevMax will be forthcoming and followed up with twice weekly office hours/webinars.

Operational Improvements

Several key initiatives are advancing behind the scenes to support scalability and consistency.

  • Progress on billing and systems migration
  • Improved data alignment and process standardization

These foundational improvements are critical to long-term system strength.

Closing

We’re focused on building a stronger, more competitive system with better tools, better experiences, and better alignment across the network.

Thank you for everything you’re doing in your markets.
